Todd Heideman wins license revocation hearing

If you are arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, you are likely going to face revocation of your driver’s license. The arresting officer may confiscate your license on the spot, or you may receive a notification of revocation in the mail. Either way, you have the right to request a hearing to contest the revocation, but you must act immediately to avoid forfeiting your hearing rights.

Last week, Todd Heideman represented one of our clients at a revocation hearing. By cross-examining the officer who conducted the alcohol breath test, Mr. Heideman was able to demonstrate irregularities in the testing process. These irregularities called into doubt the reliability and validity of the results. As a result, the hearing officer overturned the revocation, and our client was able to retain his driving privileges.

Obviously, we cannot guarantee that we can achieve a similar result in your case, but if you have been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, you need an experienced advocate in your corner. Call Just Law today for a free consultation.
